My mother and her family are all from Venezuela and I grew up visiting the country many times as part of my childhood. So I will be able to give a broader perspective on it.                       For my first blog related to Venezuela I will show you the connection of our latest American 2020 elections compared to the 2004 Recall election for Chavez, dictator of Venezuela. In 2004, there was a recall election for Chavez. Millions were in the streets protesting against Chavez. So they had the recall election.            The Golden Shelf ~ Life Changing Books    Reading is a love of mine ever since I can remember.  My teenage son loves reading which is weird so it must be in our family DNA! Going to a library is like a sanctuary to me. Quiet and peaceful and full of so many possibilities! I was thinking the other day if I had a golden enchanted book shelf that included the top books that have impacted my life and only ten books are allowed on this special shelf, which books would I pick? Here are my all time ten inspiring books starting from the least to the best book! 10. Uninvited , by Lysa TerKeust I put this as number 10 because it is the book I am currently reading and I'm only 3/4 through the book. As I am reading this powerful book I am already thinking this is going to be a life book. It's a book about rejection, feeling unworthy, and goes to core to find out why and how to overcome these feelings. It's a book to read slowly and study and reflect on. I
