                                       Out of Asia                     First Human Migrations                            Part 2 of Cavemen series          I have recently been interested in my family heritage and taking DNA tests to find out more about my background. I took a test through 23 and me. They tell you what haplo group you are in and I found this extremely interesting. Not all Dna testing companies tell you this. They give you a history of early migrations of where your family migrated. The haplogroup goes back even farther back then your other DNA ethnicity reports.  Although there is one problem I have with them doing this, even though everyone has a unique history they still tell everyone that they migrated out of Africa. They start off every single person as starting from Africa, then your unique story comes in. I find this to be deceiving and it could be confusing for some people.                               How Neanderthal are you?                                                                Recently, I have been on a dna ancestry kick. My mom had hers done recently, and I found it very fascinating. So my dad and I payed for our ancestory test throught one of the popular companies that sells the kits. This company has a  feature that the other ancestry companies do not have. The, How much neanderthal are you feature. This really got me thinking, because I just can't be the person that giggles at it and then just moves on. Sometimes I wish I could just be that person!                               THE STRANGE WOMAN         I live in Wisconsin and the State Fair has just came to our town this week, There is also a circus show at the fair. Back in the 90's there was still Freak side shows at the circus. You could see the bearded lady, the lizard man and so on.                Are Women weaker then Men?       Bibles Verses That Make Women Cringe   There are some verses in the bible that the modern woman does not know how to grapple with. I would like to do a mini series on the verses in the bible that women want to tear out of their bibles.     Right now we will focus on the scripture in 1 Peter 3:7. It says, "Husbands in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives,and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you as the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers.     I recently have started attending a women's mini bible studies that is called,"Kingdom Woman".  It is about embracing your purpose, power and possibilities. I have never been to a bible study so volatile. I won't go into everything that had my head ringing but I got plenty of ideas for future writing material!               Glorious Garments             A Spiritual Fashion Show                                   Most of us have heard about the armour of God from Ephesians 6:11.  I want to explain another perspective on how to dress ourselves. It is more a perception from a woman and how to dress gloriously.           I love wearing dresses and I have a large collection of dresses. Whenever I go clothes shopping, I go straight to where the dresses are! A couple months ago I went to a ballet at a church and was delighted to see all the beautiful dresses being worn. When I wear a dress people treat me different and are extra nice and polite to me.   I want to give you a perspective of what it means to dress gloriously.                               Even if we are wearing jeans and a t-shirt physically, we can be wearing a beautiful, glorious, dress spiritually.
